The Mussels from Brussels
I think Jean-Claude Van Damme was known as the Muscles from Brussels. But, I prefer my mussels à la Mariniere, just the way they make them at Restaurant T’Kelderke in a prime location in the center of Brussels. With a table outdoors on the Grand Place, it’s a great place to enjoy a warm summer night and watch the people go by. After a day of walking through neighborhoods sightseeing it’s a good idea to rest so we don’t end up like tired Teddy.
