Kevin Dundon’s Modern Irish Food

I love watching International cooking shows, and I recently discovered a great new program about Irish cooking, starring Kevin Dundon on our local CreateTV channel.  Kevin Dundon’s Modern Irish Food is entertaining, informative and mouth-watering! There is so much about Irish food that we don’t know and there are so many delicious specialties waiting to be discovered.   I will now add a trip to visit his cookery school in Ireland to my ever-growing bucket list!  In the meantime, I am going to grab his cookbook and get to work on recreating some of his recipes at home.
