New Scandinavian Cooking with Andreas Viestad

I watch a lot of cooking shows, and I really like the European programs, such as New Scandinavian Cooking.  When I watch Andreas,  it’s like taking a short trip to Norway, with a cooking lesson and a little history thrown in!   I first got interested in Scandinavian cuisine about 10 years ago when I saw a copy of Andreas’s cookbook, “Kitchen of Light“.   His programs are aired in Seattle on Create TV and they really resonate here.  Maybe it’s because we share many of the same ingredients, like excellent seafood and berries, and we’re both surrounded by mountains and water.   I love the rustic way he cooks, the attention to quality ingredients, and the beautiful scenery that are featured on his programs.  Please enjoy the video below from King Oscar Seafood, famous for their delicious brisling sardines, from where else?  Norway
